摘要
生物医学期刊采用结构式摘要始于20世纪80年代中期。追溯了结构式摘要的起源,概括其五种类型的发展变化情况,总结结构式摘要的应用现状及存在的质量问题。提高医学论文英文摘要质量的关键是规范中文摘要的编写,研读摘要写作国际标准和国家标准,英译时遵循"六项基本原则"。
Structured abstracts were adopted by biomedical journals in the mid-1980s. This paper traces back to the origin of the structured abstracts, generalizes the development and changes of its five types and summarizes the current situation and the deficiencies in the quality of structured abstracts. It is concluded that the key to improving the quality of English abstracts for medical paper is to normalize Chinese abstracts first, to study Documentation--Abstracts for Publications and Documentation （ ISO） 214--1976（E） and Rules for Abstracts and Abstracting （GB 6447--86） as well as to obey the ＂six principles＂ in abstract translation.
