摘要
针对目前摘要写作和翻译中存在的问题 ,明确提出中文摘要应当符合国家标准GB644 7-86的规定 ,而英文摘要应当符合国际标准ISO 2 14 - 1976(E)的规范。强调指出 ,GB644 7- 86与ISO2 14 - 1976(E)之间的等效性构成了摘要翻译标准化的理论基础。
In view of the problems found in the abstracts written and/or translated by their authors,it is strongly urged that Chinese abstracts should conform to the national standard GB6447-86,and that English abstracts should accord with the international standard ISO214-1976(E).It is stressed that the effect equivalence between GB6447-86 and ISO214-1976(E) provides the rationale for the standardization of abstract translating.
