左炔诺孕酮宫内释放系统治疗子宫腺肌症28例临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内释放系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫腺肌症的近期疗效。方法对28例使用LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌症的患者进行随访,了解月经量、痛经程度、子宫体积等的变化,副作用情况及患者生活质量的变化。结果放置LNG-IUS后,患者月经量明显减少、痛经明显改善(P<0.01),子宫体积无明显缩小(P=0.3631),对于不规则出血等副作用,多数使用者能耐受,多数使用者生活质量提高。结论 LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌症短期疗效显著,值得临床进一步应用和研究。
