节育器药物局部缓释治疗与子宫楔切术对子宫腺肌症的临床疗效对比研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较子宫腺肌症患者曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮节育器)治疗与子宫楔切术之间的临床疗效。方法选择本院子宫腺肌症患者80例,根据治疗方式分为A组子宫楔切术组,B组为曼月乐治疗组。其中A组患者40例,采用子宫腺肌症病灶楔型切除术。B组接受曼月乐治疗的患者40例。观察两组病例的临床治疗效果等数据。结果两组患者治疗后6个月在痛经缓解,月经改善上均有良好效果,12个月后B组复发率明显低于A组,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论子宫腺肌症病灶楔型切除术与曼月乐治疗对子宫腺肌症患者短期内均有较好疗效,但从远期来看曼月乐治疗复发率较低。
