摘要
调查结果显示:当前的生物学教育质量难以满足学生的学习需求;“面向全体学生”的缺口较大;教师的教育教学行为与其先进的课程理念不一致;师生将高考视为终级目标。针对这些问题,应增强《标准》的指导性和可操作性;加强教师队伍建设;完善教育改革支撑体系;减掉无用的重复,教学核心知识和技能;建立“我一你”的平等师生关系,实施互动教学。
The survey results show that the current quality of biology education is difficult to meet the learning needs of students; it is still far away from the target of "For all students"; teachers' education and teaching behavior is inconsistent with their advanced curriculum conception; teachers and students think of the college entrance examination as the ultimate goal. To solve these problems, we should enhance guidance and operability of the "standards"; strengthen the building of teacher teams; perfect the support system of education reform; lose useless repetition and teach the core knowledge and skills; establish the equal teacher-student relationship of "I-you", and implement interactive teaching.
