摘要
采用透射电子显微镜研究了Zn元素对退火态3003铝合金微观组织的影响,并用拉伸试验和电化学极化实验,分别研究了Zn元素对3003铝合金力学性能和电化学腐蚀性能的影响。透射电镜观察和电子拉伸实验结果表明,Zn元素加入3003铝合金,可以细化退火态合金中的析出相,使其分布更加弥散,尺寸更加均匀。Zn元素的加入,可使退火态合金的强度增加,延伸率降低。在0.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学极化实验结果也表明,Zn元素强烈影响退火态合金的腐蚀电位,Zn元素的加入使退火态合金的腐蚀电位向负方向移动。
The effects of zinc addition on the microstructure, mechanical properties and electrochemical properties of as-annealed 3003 Al alloy were investigated through TEM, tensile tests and Tafel polarization analysis. The experimental results show that, with addition of Zn, precipitates in the annealed 3003Al alloy become smaller, more dispersive and more homogeneous. The addition of Zn increases the strength of the annealed alloy but decreases the elongation rate. The electrochemical testing indicates that the zinc addition also has great impact on the corrosion potential of the 3003 Al alloy in 0.5% NaCl solution. The corrosion potential shifts to negative direction with addition of Zn.
