摘要
采用手工电弧焊直流反接的方式,将三种不锈钢焊条A102、A132和A302在Q235钢的表面进行堆焊。用扫描电镜观察了腐蚀后堆焊的形貌,对三种牌号不锈钢焊条堆焊的试样进行了极化实验和腐蚀实验。结果表明,随着铬、镍合金元素含量的增加,堆焊件表现出更强的耐蚀性能;同时,发现铌作为添加合金时,少量铌元素含量就可以对堆焊件的耐蚀性有很大的提高,表现出最佳耐蚀性能。
Corrosion resistance can be obtained by overlaying some special properties material on the surface of parts utilizing shielded metal arc welding. A102, A132 and A302 stainless steel welding electrode were used to form corrosion resistance layer on the surface of the Q235 base plate. Stereoscan photograph, polarization measurement and loss of Weight of the specimens in corrosion environment were done to evaluate the property of the corrosion resistance of the overlaying parts. The result shows that the parts show better corrosion resistance with more the addition of Cr and Ni alloy. At the same time the property of corrosion of the overlaying surface can be improved largely by adding some Nb alloy element.
