代代花挥发油的超临界萃取及其在烟草中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了开发新的天然烟用香料,采用超临界流体萃取技术萃取代代花并优化了萃取工艺,GC-MS对挥发油成分进行了分离鉴定,并对其进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①超临界萃取代代花的最佳工艺为:萃取压力40 MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间15 min、改性剂为20%乙醇;②代代花挥发油中共鉴定出45种挥发性成分,主要成分为柠檬烯、芳樟醇、脱氢芳樟醇、丁子香酚等;③该挥发油添加到卷烟中,具有增加烟香,柔和烟气,降低刺激,掩盖杂气,改善吸味的作用。 In order to develop new natural tobacco flavors,Citrus aurantium L.var daidai was extracted with supercritical CO2 and the extraction conditions were optimized.The extract was analyzed by GC-MS and applied in cigarette as a flavor.The optimum extraction conditions were extraction pressure of 40MPa,extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time of 15min and entrainer of 20% ethanol.45 components in the extract were identified by GC/MS,and the main components were limonene,linalool,hotrienol,eugenol,etc.The cigarette aroma was increased,the smoke was smoothed,the irritation was decreased,the offensive odor was reduced,the aftertest was improved by adding the volatile oil in cigarette.
