摘要
目的探讨自评式学习性评价教学理论在《妇产科护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法将某校三年级护理本科班101名护生按学号分为实验组与对照组。实验组应用自评式学习性评价模式教学,引导护生自我评价、自主学习,对照组应用传统方法教学。以护生实训操作考核成绩、问卷调查作为评价依据。结果实验组护生的实训操作考试成绩高于对照组,所有调查项目的肯定率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论自评式学习性评价应用于《妇产科护理学》实训教学,能促进教师提高教学质量,提高护生学习的主动性,培养独立思考、终生学习的能力,有助于培养高素质的护理人才。
Objective To explore the effect of self-assessment in nursing training in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing.Methods 101 nursing undergraduates were divided into experiment group and control group.In experiment group,self-assessment was introduced to which leads students to conduct self-evaluation and autonomous learning while traditional teaching was utilized in control group.Students' nursing skill in two groups was compared and a questionnaire was applied as well.Results Students in experiment group performed better in the evaluation of nursing skills(P0.05).Conclusion With self-assessment,teaching quality is enhanced and students' active study is promoted,which benefits the cultivation of qualified nursing talents.
