摘要
采用自制的固体酸催化剂硅胶固载硫酸镓非均相催化合成了防腐剂尼泊金庚酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、回流反应时间、带水剂种类及催化剂重复使用性等因素对酯收率的影响。适宜反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸0.05 mol,醇酸物质的量比5∶1,催化剂2.0 g,环己烷10mL,反应时间5 h,尼泊金庚酯收率达94.7%。该催化剂活性高,成本低,重复使用5次产品收率仍高于83%。
A novel solid acid catalyst made from gallium sulfate supported on silica gel was prepared using impregnation and calcination technique.It was employed as a heterogeneous catalyst to promote the esterification reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and heptanol to form n-heptyl p-hydroxybenzoate.The influences of reaction conditions on catalytic performance were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were: p-hydroxybenzoic acid was 0.05 mol;molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 5∶1;the catalyst was 2.0 g;cyclohexane was 10 mL and reaction time 5 h.The ester yield reached 94.7%,and it was above 83% after being reused for five times.
