摘要
生物化学是一门重要的医学基础课程,由于该门课程内容繁多、概念抽象、代谢途径复杂,加之系统性、抽象性、联系性较强,导致部分学生对生物化学的学习缺乏兴趣和信心。将案例教学法运用到生物化学课堂教学中,能提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,帮助学生对基本理论的理解与掌握,为实现教师由理论到实践的转化提供了一个良好的平台,做到了理论与实际相结合。案例教学法能够培养学生提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,同时培养了其综合应用知识的能力,是值得推广的教学模式之一。
Biochemistry is an important medical foundation course. Due to those characteristics of the course that abundant contents, abstract concepts, complex metabolic pathways, add in strong systematic, abstractness and powerful relation, some students are lack of interest and confidence with biochemistry learning. The application of case-based teaching in bio- chemistry could improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students. It also could help students to understand and grasp the basic theory, furthermore, it provides a good platform for teacher to transformate theory to practice and combine theory with practice. Case-based teaching could cultivate the ability of students to raise, analyze and solve problem, and to apply knowledge comprehensively. It is one of the teaching mode which is worthy to be popularized.
