摘要
医学生物化学是一门重要的医学基础课程,许多重大疾病的发病机制要从分子水平上才能解释,同时本学科在临床上被广泛应用于疾病诊断、病情监测、药物疗效、预后判断和疾病预防等方面,是联系基础与临床的桥梁。但由于该课程是医学基础教学的难点课程之一,为解决教学过程中医学生普遍表示难理解、难记忆、难应用的问题,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生主动学习,不断提高教学质量,给医学生今后开展临床医学课程的学习打下扎实的基础,结合多年的教学经验,分别从教学内容的取舍、教师医学知识储备、教学方法的运用以及实验教学的重要性等方面进行了教学探索与反思。
Medical biochemistry is an important basic course of medicine,the pathogenesis of many major diseases at the molecular level to explain.At the same time,this subject in clinical practice is widelyused in clinical disease diagnosis,disease monitoring,drug curative effect,prognosis judgement and disease prevention,etc,so the course is a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine.But because this course is one of the difficulties of basic medical teaching course,in order to solve the teaching process of traditional chinese medicine students said hard to understand,hard to memory,generally difficult to application problem,to stimulate the learning interest of the students,guide students to active learning,constantly improve the quality of teaching,for medical students in clinical medicine courses in the future study to lay a solid foundation,therefore combined with years of teaching experience,respectively from the choice of teaching content,the use of medical knowledge reserve of teachers,teaching methods and the importance of experiment teaching and so on has carried on the exploration and reflection on teaching.
