摘要
目的探讨99TcmO4-唾液腺显像对诊断继发干燥综合征(SSS)临床价值。方法对50例结缔组织病患者(其中28例继发干燥综合征(A组),22例未继发者(B组))及10例健康者(C组)对照行99TcmO4-唾液腺动态显像,获得腮腺与颌下腺的时间-放射性曲线(TAC)及功能参数:第15min摄锝率(UI15min)、排泄分数(EF)。结果 A、B组双侧腮腺及颌下腺UI15min、EF值均有统计学差异(P<0.05);B、C组双侧腮腺及颌下腺UI15min、右侧腮腺EF值均无统计学差异(P>0.05),左侧腮腺及双侧颌下腺EF值均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 99TcmO4-唾液腺动态显像对评估结缔组织病患者的唾液腺功能及判断是否合并继发干燥综合征的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of salivary scintigraphy with 99Tcm-pertechnetate in the secondary Sjogren's syndrome(SSS). Method Fifty connective tissue disease(CTD) patients(29 patients with SSS( group A), and 22 without SSS(group B))and 10 normal volunteers(group C) underwent dynamic 99TcmO4pertechnetate salivary scintigraphy. The time-activity curves(TAC) and functional parameters of parotid and submaxillary gland, including 99Tcm uptake ratio(UI) and excretion fraction(EF) after citrate stimulus were obtained. Results The UnSmin and EF of A group of bilateral salivary and submaxillary gland were significant lower than B group(P 〈 0.05). There was no difference between the bilateral salivary and submaxillary gland of UI15min in the B and C groups(P〉0.05), and the EF of the fight salivary gland also had no difference (P〉0.05); while the EF of the left salivary and bilateral submaxillary glands all had differences(P〈 0.05). Conclusions The dynamic salivary scintigraphy is valuable method for evaluating the function of salivary gland of CTD patient and for judging whether SSS is combined with.
