摘要
目前我国高星旅游涉外酒店员工主力军是高职酒店管理专业毕业生。对于一个以服务产品为主的旅游企业来说,员工的质量和服务水平高低,能够在一定程度上决定着其生存和发展。文章从目前高职酒店管理专业毕业生就业现状、存在问题入手,分析了高职酒店管理专业学生职场核心竞争力的不足,在此基础上提出运用心理机制行为模式培养学生职场核心竞争能力的具体策略。
At present, graduates majoring in hotel management are the main source of employees in traveling hotel industry in China. For tourism enterprises, the staff's quality and service level to some degree determine its future. This paper gives a systematic review of the graduates' employment situation and questions existing; it also analyzes the shortcomings of the current researches. It proposes improving students' core competitiveness by employing behavior patterns of psychological mechanisms.
