摘要
当前中职生行为规范教育、责任教育、纪律教育、道德教育的实效与企业对员工素质的实际要求相差甚远，直接影响到职校素质教育质量。用“西点”精神武装学生，我们的具体做法有军民共建青年军校、主题教育系统化、改革清扫制度、开展体育长跑与素养长跑，构建立体评价体系等，有效提升了办学质量，大大增强毕业生在就业市场的竞争力。
The current code of conduct for students in vocational education, the responsibility to educate, discipline, education, moral education, the effectiveness of the quality of employees and business falls far short of actual requirements, the quality of education directly affects the quality of the vocational school.
