摘要
高职旅游教育要培养适应当代经济发展需求的高素质技能型人才,就必须继续探索并深化"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养模式改革。本文认为,和谐就业是校、企、生三方互利共赢的最佳结合点,并基于此构建了"5361"工学结合2+1人才培养模式。同时以广州铁路职业技术学院旅游专业为例,简单介绍了该人才培养模式的内涵、基本特征和人才培养效果。
For the end of cultivating high skilled talents by Higher vocational Tourism Education,it is essential to explore and reform the model of Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises,Combination Working with learning. This paper argues that based on harmonious employment as the common interests of colleges,enterprises and students,the 5361 model can be constructed. This Paper gives a brief introduction to its contents,characteristics and effects,taking the example of the Tourism Major of Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology.
