摘要
旅游高技能人才培养质量对于旅游产业战略地位的实现十分关键。旅游高等职业教育应该成为旅游高技能人才培养的主体,但目前旅游高技能人才培养在数量、质量、培养目标、培养途径上都存在一定问题。通过创新旅游高技能人才培养模式、推进课程重组与教学方法创新、探索旅游高技能人才评价与激励机制、健全旅游高技能人才的保障与监管机制,加快推进旅游高技能人才培养。
The quality of high skilled tourism talents is very critical to the realization of the strategic position of the tourism industry. Higher vocational education of tourism should become the main body of training high skilled tourism talents. However, there are certain problems about the quantity, quality, training goals and training methods in present education. Through innovating teaching modes, promoting curriculum restructuring and the innovation of teaching methods, searching for the evaluation and encouragement mechanism and improving the protection and supervision mechanism, we can give impetus to talents training.
