摘要
采用溶剂浸提法从马尾松花粉中提取总黄酮类物质。通过单因素实验对影响马尾松花粉黄酮类物质提取率的因素进行了研究,并通过正交实验设计对其提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,脱脂处理对总黄酮类物质的提取率没有明显影响;乙醇是马尾松花粉总黄酮类物质的最适提取剂,其最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度95%,料液比为1:25,温度为70℃,在此条件下,总黄酮类物质的提取率为13.52mg/g。
The total flavonoids were prepared from pinus pollen by the organic solvents.The factors which influcing the extraction rate of total flavonoids were studied and optimized through single-factor and orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that fat removal treatment had no manifest influence on the extraction of the total flavonoids.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:95% ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio 1:25,temperature 70℃,time 2.5h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 13.52mg/g.
