摘要
本文研究了醇提法、微波法、超声波法从桑叶中提取总黄酮的工艺。通过正交实验研究了最佳提取条件。结果表明:桑叶中总黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺件是60%乙醇,料液比1:30,超声提取35min,超声温度40℃,回流1h。
The extracting of the Flavonoid Compounds from Mulberry leaves were studies by alcohol-water system extracting, microwave and ultrasonic wave were studied . The optimum technical conditions were obtained by the orthogonal design test, The results showed that the optimum extracting condition is 60%alcohol-water, volumn 1:30 .Ultrasonic treatment lasts for 35 minutes at 40℃ and heating extracting one hour.
