摘要
人力资源管理是一门应市场需求而产生的新学科,地方院校由于缺乏本科高等教育的理论积累和实践探索,其课程教学存在不少问题,培养出来的学生难以满足社会需求。为加快地方本科院校人力资源管理专业的发展,有必要从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、课程实践以及考试形式等进行改革探索,提高学生的综合素质,满足企业用人需要。
Human resources management is a new course set up to meet the needs of the markets. Lack of theoretical and practical experiences in local universities, it has many problems and the graduates cannot satisfy the needs of the society. In order to quicken the development of this course and bring up qualified personnels to satisfy the needs of enterprises, explorations are badly needed on the reformes of the teaching target, content, methods, practice and examination forms.
