摘要
目前困扰和制约医学院校解剖学教学的原因之一是用于教学的尸体来源严重不足。社会的无偿遗体捐献无疑是尸体来源的最重要渠道,但受各种因素制约,捐献情况并不理想。通过分析制约遗体捐献的主要因素,提出完善配套设施、制定捐献工作流程及规章制度、开展感恩教育、聘请专职人员等方式来完善和充实遗体接受工作。
Currently, serious shortage of the corpses resource is one of the factors which curbs and restricts the anatomy teaching of medical colleges. The unpaid corpses donation is undoubtedly the most important channel, yet the status quo is not satisfying due to various factors. We propose by analyzing the main factors which restrict the corpses donation, to improve and enrich the corpses donation work enhancing supporting facilities, developing the workflow, rules and regulations of donation process, carring out the thanksgiving education and employing the full -time staff, and etc.
