摘要
文章首先回顾了阻碍城市群内产业分工体系建立和发展的各种观点,然后从产业分工的视角分析了阻碍城市群内产业分工的发展和城市间合作、协同实现的影响因素;最后从建立城市群区域统一的组织协调机制、加大对欠发达城市的开发和扶持、建立城市群内合理的利益分享和补偿机制以及城市间的分工与合作机制等方面,给出促进城市群经济不平衡协同发展的对策与建议。
The paper firstly looks back various opinions which hinder the establishment and development of industrial specialization among urban agglomeration, analyzes influencing factors which hinder development of industrial specialization among urban agglomeration, cooperation and coordination among cities from the perspective of industrial specialization; then, gives countermeasures and suggestions on improving unbalanced coordinated development of urban agglomeration economy in terms of establishment, optimization, institutional arrangement and mechanism design for industrial specialization system of urban agglomeration.
