现有的关于三次产业演变的结构调整理论不能给特定区域的产业结构调整提供具体的措施。区域分工和专业化是结构调整,特别是战略性结构调整的基础。结构调整对分工和专业化的经济增长效应具有放大作用。健全高效的市场经济体制是区域分工和专业化不断演进的前提条件。
The theory on industrial structure adjustment can not propose specific measurements for the industrial structure adjustment in one region. Regional division and the specialization are the foundation of industrial structure adjustment in one region. Structure adjustment has an greater effect on the economic growth of regional division. The perfect and effective market economy system is the premise condition of the development of regional division and the specialization continuously.
