摘要 在分析FOPID(分数阶PID)算法和MAC(模型算法控制)算法的基础上,结合两种算法的优点,推导了基于FOPID性能指标的改进的MAC控制算法FOPID-MAC算法。这种算法既具有FOPID算法的优点,稳定性较好,又具有预测功能。通过仿真研究的对比,在时域内分析了FOPID-MAC控制器的参数选择对系统控制性能的影响,说明了FOPID-MAC算法比基本PID算法、MAC算法以及PID-MAC算法控制性能更好,并在EPA过程控制实验装置中对改进算法的控制效果进行验证,为工程应用打下较好的理论基础。 On the base of analysis of FOPID ( Fractional-order PID) algorithm and MAC ( Model Algorithmic Control) algorithm, thederivation of FOPID-MAC algorithm, the improved MAC algorithm, is given based on FOPID periormance index. Combined the virtues of the two algorithms, this kind of algorithm is of the advantages of FOPID algorithm, which is reliable in operation and robust in performance, and of predictive function. Compared simulative research, the influence of FOPIDMAC controller parameter tuning on system performance is analyzed in time domain. Simulation result shows that FOPIDMAC algorithm has better performance than conventional PID algorithm, MAC algorithm and PID-MAC algorithm. The analysis of comparison of FOPIDMAC and other control algorithms is also given in process control experiment device, which grounds well for engineering application.
