摘要
通过TD处理方法在T10工具钢表面制备了一层致密的VC覆层,利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪分析了TD处理后VC覆层形貌和化学元素分布,对VC覆层形成过程的热力学和动力学进行了初步研究。结果表明,TD处理后T10工具钢表面形成了VC覆层,其显微硬度为3000~3200 HV,材料耐磨性能得到提高,延长了工具钢的使用寿命;从覆层表面到基体C、V和Fe元素浓度为梯度分布,其界面结合方式为冶金结合。
A layer of compact VC coating was prepared on the substrate of T10 tool steel with TD process, and its morphologies and the distributions of chemical element were analyzed with SEM and EDS, respectively. The thermodynamics and dynamics of VC coating forming process were researched. The results show that the carbide coating is formed on the substrate ofT10 tool steel by TD process; its micro-hardness is 3000 HV-3200 HV; the wear resistance is improved, and its service life prolongs. The concentrations of C, V and Fe are the grad distributions from the coating surface to the substrate, and its interracial bonding mode combines metallurgical.
