摘要
用非稳态扩散传质和规则溶液亚晶格理论建立了熔融体系下钢铁材料表面碳化物覆层成长动力学模型,并用硅还原V2O5—Na2O—B2O3熔融体系下45、4Cr5MoSiV1、T10、Cr12MoV四种钢碳化钒覆层实验进行了分析验证。结果表明,模型与实验结果吻合良好;碳化物覆层成长速度主要受基体中的碳活度、处理温度和时间等因素控制。
Mathematics model of carbide coating growth kinetics on steel matrix surface in molten system is put forward based on the theory of unsteady diffusion mass transfer and subittics model of regular solution.Experiments of vanadium carbide coating treatment of commercial steels 45,4Cr5MoSiV1,T10,and Cr12MoV in molten V 2O 5—Na 2O—B 2O 3 system reduced by silicon are tested and verified.The results are:the model is in agreement with the experiment data;Growth velocity of carbide coating is affected by factors such as the activity of carbon in matrix and treatment temperature.
