摘要
在中国对热处理和表面工程有非常大的需求。目前 ,已有各种加热设备约 2 0万标准台 ( 75kW为一标准台 ) ,装机容量 1 8× 1 0 9W ,最近的 2 0年 ,中国从世界各地进口了大约 1 0亿美元的先进热处理和表面工程设备。同时 ,非常重视先进热处理和表面工程技术的自主创新 ,在诸如热处理的计算机模拟和应用、离子化学热处理和表面改性、超声喷丸纳米化渗氮和多种先进的渗氮技术、绿色再制造技术、微弧氧化技术。
The demand for heat treatment and surface engineering is increasing gradually in China with the development of manufacturing. So far various heating equipments have reached about 200 thousand standard units (one standard unit equals to 75kW),and the total power is 18×10~9W.In the recent twenty years advanced heat treatment and surface engineering equipments,valued US$ 1 billion,have been imported from all over the world. At the same time much attention has been paid to the original researches for the advanced heat treatment and surface engineering technology and great achievements have been made in the fields such as computer simulation and its application of the heat treatment,plasma thermochemical treatment and surface modifications,surface nanocrystallization nitriding by ultrasonic shot peening and advanced nitriding technique,green remanufacturing engineering,micro-arc oxidation,rare earth thermochemical treatment and green heat treatment.
