摘要 研究了预参氮、渗扩氮高温淬火及平衡态原始组织渗扩氮亚温淬火、低温回火对结构钢30CrMnSiA的显微组织和显微硬度分布曲线的影响规律,观察了高氮区和低氮区的含氮马氏体形态和亚结构。 The regular effect of prenitriding,queueching after prenitriding and high temperature deiffusion of nitrogen atoms,quenching after prenitriding and intercritical temperature diffusion of nitrogen atoms of equilibrium primary structure and low temperature tempering on microstructure and microbardness distribution curres of structural steel 30CrMnSiA has been studied in our researched work. The morphology and substructure of martensite from region with high or low nitrogen content of this steel has been observed too.
