介绍电厂设备绿色再制造工程及绿色再制造技术,其中包括先进的表面工程技术、修复热处理技术、毛坯快速成形技术、应急快速维修技术和延寿焊接技术。这些技术已在某电厂设备再制造中得到应用,并取得良好效果,经济和社会效益显著。
The green remanufacturing engineering and the green remanufacturing technology for equipments in power plant,including advanced surface engineering technology,repairing heat treatment technology,rapid forming technology of workblanks,emergency rapid maintenance technology,and welding technology for service-life lengthening,have been presented.These said technologies have been applied for remanufacturing equipments in one power plant,obtaining good results,and having remarkable economic and social benefits.
