应用HPLC-ICP-MS联用技术进行砷形态分析样品前处理的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用3种不同的前处理方式(25℃水提取、50%甲醇提取、5 mM四丁基氢氧化铵/3 mM草酸(pH6.5))对紫菜、铁钉菜、无沙海带进行砷提取,提取液经HPLC-DRC-ICP-MS测定。研究结果表明:3种水产品中大约25%-70%的总砷被提取,柱上回收率在70%-90%之间。对于紫菜样品,AsB仅被25℃水和5 mM四丁基氢氧化铵/3 mM草酸(pH6.5)提取,DMA是提取液中主要的砷形态;铁钉菜中砷含量较高,As(V)是其中主要的砷形态;无沙海带中主要是有机砷。 Three extracting solutions were used to extract arsenic under the condition: 25℃ water,50% CH3OH and 5 mM C16H37NO/3 mM(COOH)2·2H2O(pH6.5) from seaweed,ishige okamurae and kelps without sands and the extracted liguid was detected by HPLC-DRC-ICP-MS.The results showed that : about 25%-70% of the arsenic was extracted in three aquaticproducts,recoveries in column was between 70%-90%.To seaweed samples,AsB was extracted only by 25 ℃ water and 5mM C16H37NO/3 mM(COOH)2·2H2O(pH6.5),DMA was the main form of extracted arsenic;there were more arsenic in ishige okamurae,As(V) was the major form of extracted arsenic.The organic arsenic was mainly extracted in the kelps without sand.
