摘要
我国的海藻产业是沿海区域重要的渔业经济组成。海藻因其富含多糖、膳食纤维和矿物质等营养物质,成为重要的食品、饲料来源。然而海藻中砷元素含量相对较高,已成为目前海藻摄食的关键风险因素之一。该文对海藻中砷元素的毒性、相关标准限量、分离提取技术、形态分析技术以及海藻中的砷元素分析现状进行综述,为大型经济藻类的利用与产业发展提供参考。
The seaweed industry is an important fishery economic component in coastal areas.Seaweed has become an important source of food and feed because of its nutrient-rich substances,such as polysaccharides,dietary fibers,and minerals.However,the relatively high content of arsenic in seaweed has become one of the key risk factors for seaweed ingestion.This paper described the toxicity,relevant standard limits,separation and extraction techniques,and morphological-analyzing techniques of arsenic elements in seaweeds and reported the current status of the analysis of arsenic elements in seaweeds,to provide references for the utilization and industrial development of large-scale economic algae.
