摘要
目的:观察沙参麦冬汤(SM)对肺间质纤维化(PF)模型大鼠的影响。方法:大鼠气管内注射平阳霉素复制PF模型后分为模型对照组、SM组、醋酸泼尼松片(PA)对照组,设空白对照组。连续灌胃28d。检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)及透明质酸(HA)含量的动态变化。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组动物同期血清SOD活性降低,而MDA、LN、HA升高,并有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,SM组动物血清MDA、LN、HA含量均不同程度减少,而血清SOD活性增加(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤对PF模型动物的氧自由基损伤有不同程度的干预作用,并能降低其血清LN、HA含量,改善ECM代谢。
Objective: To observe effect of Shashen Maidong Tang (SM) on oxygen free radicals damage and ECM metabolism of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into the groups (normal control group, model control group, shashen maidong group, prednisolone group). The rats were injected with bleomycin A5 hydrocloride solution into the lung of rats through trachea for duplicating the PF model except for normal control group. The rats were continuously given by gavage for 28 days. The dynamic changes on the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA, HA, LN in serum of rats were measured. Results: The SOD activity of rates in model group was lower and contents of MDA, LN, HA were higher than those of the normal control group at the same period (P〈0.05). Companed with the model group, the contents of MDA, LN, HA in serum of SM groups lessened while the SOD activity increased at different levels. Conclusions: The sha shen mai dong tang had intervention effect on oxygen free radicals damage of PF model rats at diffferent levels and can reduced contents of LN and HA in serum, improved metabolism of ECM.
