摘要
层粘连蛋白是基底膜的重要成分之一,广泛存在于多种动物及人类细胞基底膜基质中。层粘连蛋白参与多种疾病的过程,如细胞的分化、黏附、迁移以及各种纤维化的发生等。对层粘连蛋白的分子结构、在肺组织中的分布及其在肺纤维化发生、发展过程中的作用和其在诊断、治疗中的意义进行综述。
Laminin(LN)is an important factor,which was widely found in the basement membrane in most animals and human.LN plays an important role in the diseases pathological process,such as the differentiation,adhesion,migration of cells,and fibrogenesis and so on.Current research ideas on the molecular structure of laminin,its distribution in lung,and the role in occurring,development and diagnosis for pulmonary fibrosis are reviewed and discussed in this article.
