摘要
【目的】评定石墨炉原子吸收法测定罗非鱼中铅含量的不确定度,找出影响不确定度的主要因素。【方法】根据《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对石墨炉原子吸收法测定罗非鱼中铅含量的不确定度分量进行分析,找出影响结果的各因素,并进行不确定度评定。【结果】样品质量的不确定度、样品消化液总体积的不确定度、标准液系列配制产生的不确定度、标准曲线计算铅含量产生的不确定度、重复性引起的不确定度分别为0.00029、0.00068、0.015、0.073、0.011;当称样量为0.5086g时,石墨炉原子吸收法测定罗非鱼中铅含量的最后结果为0.029±0.004mg/kg(k=2)。【结论】石墨炉原子吸收法测定罗非鱼中铅含量时,标准曲线计算铅含量产生的不确定度对总不确定度的影响最大,因此必须控制好标准曲线回归方程的相关系数。
[Objective]The present study was conducted to evaluate the uncertainty in determination of lead (Pb) content in tilapia using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and to find out the factors affecting the uncertainty.[Method]According to Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis, the uncertain components in lead content determination in tilapia were analyzed and evaluated. [Result]The uncertainties in sampling quality, total volume of digested sample solution, standard solution preparation and calculation of Pb content using standard curve and reducing by repeatability were 0.00029, 0.00068, 0.015, 0.073 and 0.011, respectively. When the sample weight was 0.5086 g, the Pb content of tilapia measured using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.029±0.004 mg/kg(k=2).[Conclusion]When the Pb content in tilapia was determined using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the uncertainty encountered in calculating Pb content using standard curve showed significant effects on Pb determination.
