微波消解ICP-OES法测定牡蛎中16种无机元素含量 被引量:10

摘要 为了科学合理利用牡蛎等海洋贝类水产品,建立了测定牡蛎中多种元素含量的微波消解ICP-OES分析方法。样品经过微波消解后,采用ICP-OES法对B、Ca、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Ni、Pb、S、Se、Zn等16种元素进行同时测定,结果表明:各元素标准系列线性回归方程的相关系数(R)为0.9986~0.9999,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4.00%;以扇贝标准样品进行验证,其单项测定值均在给定的标准值波动范围之内,相对标准偏差为0.47%~3.01%(<4.00%)。说明微波消解ICP-OES法能够快速、准确、简便地测定牡蛎中无机元素的含量。 In order to reasonably use ocean shellfish aquatic products such as oyster,etc.,a ICP-OES method with microwave digestion was developed to determinate the contents of B,Ca,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Mo,Na,Ni,Pb,S,Se and Zn in oyster.After microwave digestion of samples,the contents of 16 elements in oyster were determined simultaneously using ICP-OSE method.The results indicated that the correlation coefficient of linear regression equation for different elements ranged from 0.9986-0.9999 and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 4%.The analytical results of 16 inorganic elements in scallop standard sample indicated that the single determined value was in the range of standard value with 0.47-3.01%(4.00%) of RSD.Compared to the other methods,the present method is rapid,reliable and conveniently determines the contents of inorganic elements in oyster.
