摘要 高压交流电机变频调速系统以其卓越的调速性能、显著的节电效果以及广泛的适用性,已在电力、冶金、钢铁、石化、煤矿、市政等行业的大、中型企业中应用于风机、水泵、压缩机等通用型负载设备上。而近几年来随着数字信号处理系统(DsP)和脉宽调制技术(PWM)的发展,高压变频调速系统已成功实现高性能矢量控制,并应用于能量回馈型的特殊负载上。本文就以北京利德华福电气技术有限公司生产的HARSVERT-FVA型变频器在恒鼎实业洪兴煤矿的矿井提升机上的实际应用为例,介绍了能量回馈型变频器在四象限运行下的稳定调速和控制性能,对将来大中型煤矿的提升机改造具有普遍的借鉴意义。 High-voltage AC motor speed control system has been applied in fan,pumps, compressors and other general-purpose loading equipment of power,metallurgy,steel, petrochemicals,coal,municipal and other industries large and medium-sized enter- prises for its outstanding speed performance,significant energy-saving effects.With the development of digital signal processing systems(DSP)and pulse-width modulation(PWM), high frequency control system has been successfully achieved high performance vector control,and applied to the energy load on a particular type of feedback.This paper took the Beijing Leader Harvest Electric Technologies Co.,Ltd.production HARSVERT-FVA inverter in Hidili Industry Hongxing coal mine hoist on the practical application as an example,introduced the speed stability and control performance of energy feedback inverter under the four-quadrant operation,it was universal reference for the future transformation of medium-sized coal mine hoist.
