摘要
变频改造是矿井提升领域节能、安全技改的主要手段。本文分别对采用绕线式异步电机转子串电阻调速方式和变频调速方式的提升机系统的运行特性进行分析,结合开滦(集团)蔚州矿业公司南留庄煤矿提升机变频改造的现场,介绍提升机系统变频改造相关技术,以及HARSVERT-FVA系列能量回馈型高压变频器在矿井提升系统上的应用情况。
Frequency conversion transformation is main method in field of energy saving and safety technology renovation. The paper analyses operating characteristic of hoisting system which adopted wound asynchronism motor rotor string resistance and VVVF to adjust. Combining Nanliuzhuang coal mine hoisting frequency conversion transformation field, introduced correlated frequency conversion transformation technology of hoisting machine and application of HARSVERT-FVA series high voltage inverters in coal mine hoistina machine.
