摘要
阐述了随着现代电力电子技术的发展,变频调速已由传统的正弦脉宽调制技术向直接转矩技术发展。早期的控制电路由于工作速度慢,运算周期长等缺点,已不再适应快速的变频调速技术,直接转矩控制作为新的控制方法已取代了原来在控制电路中的位置[1]。着重分析了单片机芯片中控制类芯片80C196MC所具有的特点,提出以80C196MC为核心实现异步电动机调速的数字化控制方案,针对80C196MC的独特性能进行了控制电路的硬件电路设计,并进行了软件编程,实现异步电动机的DTC控制。
With the development of power electronic technology,the variable frequency speed control technology develops from traditional SPWM to DTC.With low speed and long calculating period,the early MCU control circuit can not fit for the high speed of variable frequency speed control technology.Being a new control core,DTC has already replaced MCU in control circuit.This paper introduces the characteristics of control chip 80C196MC in DSP,and puts forward 80C196MC-centered digital controlling scheme to achieve the speed control of asynchronous motor.According to the particular characteristics of 80C196MC,the hardware circuit in control circuit is designed and the process is programmed with software.All of these aim to carry out the DTC control in asynchronous motor.
