趋化性细胞因子受体及TNF-α在尖锐湿疣患者皮损中的表达

摘要 目的探讨趋化性细胞因子受体CCR5及肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应方法检测24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤中CCR5mRNA及TNF-αmRNA的定量表达,利用直线相关回顾分析两者的关系。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中CCR5 mRNA及TNF-αmRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达(P<0.05)。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中CCR5mRNA与TNF-αmRNA的定量表达无显著相关性(r=0.05502,P=0.7985)。结论尖锐湿疣患者组织中Th1细胞因子分化偏态,CCR5和TNF-α的过度表达参与了尖锐湿疣发病。 Objective To determine expression and significant of chemokine receptors CCR5 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in condyloma acuminata.Methods Expression of CCR5 mRNA and TNF-α mRNA in 24 cases of condyloma acuminata and 19 health control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results Expression of CCR5 mRNA and TNF-α mRNA in condyloma acuminata lesion was significantly higher than that of health control,respectively(P0.05).No significant correlation of the levels of quantitative expression of CCR5 mRNA and TNF-α mRNA in condyloma acuminata lesion with the controls were noticed(r=0.05502,P=0.7985).Conclusions The findings suggest the association of Th1 cells with condyloma acuminate,and CCR5 and TNF-α could play an important role in the development condyloma acuminate lesions.
