摘要
科技创新群体是合作创新的一种有效组织形式,群体的协同创新效应是其优势所在。根据技术基础科学领域科技创新群体的特征和要素构成,在成员协同、要素协同(硬件要素和软件要素)、主体外部协同三个层面上,从微观到宏观地分析了技术基础科学领域科技创新群体的协同创新效应,探讨了其对技术基础科学研究发展的作用机制,并有针对性地提出了促进群体协同创新的对策建议。
The scientific and technological innovation group is an effective organization form, and synergistic innovation effect is its advantage. According to the characteristics and elements of scientific and technological innovation group in the field of technological basic science, the paper analyzed its synergistic innovation effect from the micro to macro on three level of members cooperation, elements cooperation （ hardware and software dements） and external body cooperation, discussed its mechanism for the research and development of technical basic science, and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions in promoting the collaborative innovation.
