摘要
农产品作为居民基本生活必需品,关系到千家万户的利益。我国农产品价格长期保持在低位运行,因此从2009年下半年开始的农产品价格过快上涨引起了各界的普遍关注,对于农产品价格炒作及预防措施的研究也已经提上了议事日程。运用了分品种价格对比方法,报告了农产品价格过快上涨的现状,指出农产品市场存在价格炒作,对农产品价格炒作的形成原因及预防措施进行了初步研究,旨在从根本上杜绝农产品价格炒作的发生,切实保护消费者及种植户的根本利益。
Agricultural products as basic life necessities,related to the interests of millions of households.Agricultural prices in China remain low for long,so starting from the second half of 2009,agricultural prices rose too fast which has drawn widespread attention,for the prices of agricultural products and prevention of speculation has also been put on the agenda.The correlation method is used by variety of price points,which reported the status of agricultural prices rose too fast,that there is the price of agricultural products market speculation,speculation on the prices of agricultural products and prevention of the formation of a preliminary study designed to fundamentally eliminate agricultural price speculation,and then to ensure the protection of consumers and the fundamental interests of growers.
