摘要
学生教学信息员制度是高校教学管理中的一个重要组成部分。简要介绍西北师范大学教学信息员工作管理模式,充分肯定此项工作在维护正常教学秩序,端正教风、学风方面所起到的重要作用,认为它为学生提供了一个参与学校管理和利益诉求的平台。分析现行教学信息员工作中出现的角色定位问题,信息反馈的时效、质量问题,信息反馈处理机制问题,提出加大舆论宣传引导、构建现代化信息反馈平台、完善信息处理机制并落实责任制等建议。
The student teaching information officer system is an important component of university teaching management.The article briefly introduces the job management pattern of the Northwest Normal University student information officers,and fully affirms the information officer＇s work that plays the influential role in the maintenance of normal teaching order,correcting attitude of teaching,studying and work function.The article believes that the information staff provides a platform for the student participating in the school administration and the benefit demand.The article analyses the role localization question,the information feedback effectiveness question,the quality question and the information feedback processing machine-made question.It makes proposals of increasing the public opinion publicity guidance,the construction modernization information feedback platform,and the consummation information processing mechanism and responsibility system.
