摘要
本研究针对高校课堂现有的教学组织形式,引入了团队竞争模式,并对考核方式进行了设计,使之最大程度的调动学生的学习积极性,同时进行了实证研究,数据分析结果表明,团队竞争模式的使用对于期末考试成绩的影响是积极的,同时能够减少不端行为发生,培养学生的团队合作能力。
According to the current teaching organizing pattern in college classrooms, teams competition mode is drawn in and assessment method is redesigned to activate students" studying activity. At the same time, empirical study is performed, it shows that teams competition mode can take an active influence on scores of final examinations, induce the misdeeds, cultivate the cooperation ability in the team.
