摘要
随着市场变化,企业之间竞争内容发生了较大变化。企业实施有效的员工激励机制,成为企业竞争人才的必然选择。目前,中小企业激励机制还不完善,影响企业员工积极性。该文通过分析中小企业激励机制的弊端,并提出了设计合理薪酬制度的措施。
Because of the global market competition,the motivation of the staff is the method to improve enterprises' competitive strength.But the unsound and defective motivation system discourages the staff.The thesis analyzes the problems existing in the medium and small-sized enterprises,and raises the solutions to their constructions,such as,the designing if reasonable benefit package system,welfare improvement measures,combination of material and spiritual motivation which should be paid special attention on,the individual differences of staff which leads to diverse motivations,and establishment of performance appraisal and elimination system.
