摘要
阐明了激励机制的实施运用和创新是企业发展的客观要求,分析了激励机制在实施运用和创新过程中存在的问题和深层次的原因,用渐进式的方法,论述了新形势下激励机制的实施运用和创新的途径和方法。企业要重视对员工的激励并结合本企业实际,综合运用激励机制,把激励的手段和目的结合起来,与时俱进,真正建立起适应企业特色,符合时代特点和员工需求的开放的激励体系。
In this paper, on the basis of years of practice engaged in enterprise management, some Superficial knowledges in incentive mechanism were noted, to clarify the implementation and innovation of Enterprise incentive mechanisms is the objective requirement of the enterprise development. The paper analyzed deeply-rooted causes and the problems which exist in the process of the implementation and innovation in the Enterprise incentive mechanisms. And under new situation, which is the ways and means to the implementation and innovation of the incentive mechanisms. Intend to guide enterprises should pay attention to the light of the actual staff motivation and the integrated use of incentive mechanisms. With the combined Incentive means and ends, it esteblished the characteristics of the times and meet the demand for opening up the incentive system to enable enterprises to be invincible in the fierce market competition. This article discussed how to adjust ERP system in order to define reasonable Strategy Management Target in ASIMCO.
