摘要
针对目前我国全日制兽医专业硕士学位研究生培养体系进行了初步研究,提出了全日制兽医硕士专业学位培养体系应以培养目标为中心,以改革课程设置,重点培养学生的实践能力、动手能力和分析问题能力、解决问题的能力为培养环节;以建立新型的实践教学考核评价体系为导向;以校企联合培养提高培养质量和扩大规模为有效途径;以实施导师、学校、学院3级分权管理体制等建议。
This paper studies the cultivation system of full-time veterinary MSC degree postgraduate based on the current situation and puts forward several relevant suggestions. These suggestions include. first, cultivation system of full-time veterinary Master＇s Degree should be centered around training objectives. The training process should focus on reforming curriculum, training students＇ practical ability, DIY ability and ability to analyze and solve problems. Second, a new practice-oriented teaching evaluation system should be established. Thirdly, it is the effective way to improve training quality through joint cultivation between colleges and enterprises and expand the scales. Finally, three-level decentralized management among instructors, schools and colleges should be implemented.
