摘要
通过问卷调研方式,了解现阶段我国应用型本科院校师资队伍建设情况,发现教学任务重、科研情况不够理想以及师资队伍管理中存在的现实问题,提出应用型本科院校应该进一步明确师资队伍建设的目标;理清师资队伍建设的思路;根据学校定位确定师资能力结构,进而确定教师岗位及相应考核标准的措施建议.
Through the questionnaire survey, it investigated the current teaching staff development schemes in applica- tion-oriented universities, and discovered some problems existing in staff development scheme. Then, it proposed that the application-oriented universities should further clarify the goals of teaching staff development scheme, find feasible ways to carry out the scheme, and determine the capacity structure of teaching staff, the teaching post and correspond- ing duty assessment criteria in accordance with the orientation of universities.
