摘要
目的：为儿科护理实训教学设计一种新生儿脐部护理教学模型。方法：在普通新生儿教学模型的腹部用手术刀在其肚脐处掏一个孔洞（孔洞的直径大小以能放入制作好的模拟新生儿脐带为准），用于模拟新生儿模型脐孔；新生儿模型脐孔处还设有用于固定模拟脐带的脐轮短管；再在普通新生儿教学模型的肛门处再掏一个直径约2cm的孔洞，便于模拟新生儿脐带的放置。结果：120例使用改进的新生儿脐部护理教学模型实训练习的在校学生使用效果满意。结论：制作过程简单，用途广泛，利于儿科护理实训教学活动的开展，又提高学生的学习兴趣，有利于培养学生的创新性思维。
Objective：To design a new model of Newborn Umbilical care for practicing education of Pediatric Nursing. Method： digging a hole,in which the mimic newhornb nave/can be holdod ,on the abdomen of the common model with a Scalpel. And the mimic newbornb navel can he fixed by a designod tube in the hole. Another hole,whose diameter is 2 centimeter,is located in the,Portal of the newborn model , the hole is similated to placed the mimic newborn＇s navel. Resuit： students are safisfaeted with the modified instructional model of neonate＇s umbilical in nursing practice teaching. Conclusion： the new model is easy to produced, its usage is wide ,it is benefit to the practice teaching of the Pediatric Nursing, raising the students＇learning interest,and it can cultivate students＇Creative Thinking.
