摘要
目的:探讨反向法在PBL护理教学中应用的效果观察。方法:将2008年1月~2009年6月在我科实习的护理本科生32名作为对照组,实施传统的PBL护理教学模式;将2010年1月~2011年6月在我科实习的32名护理本科生作为试验组,在PBL护理教学模式基础上结合应用反向法进行临床带教。对比观察两组的临床效果。结果:试验组从护生的调查问卷及出科成绩考核等九个方面与对照组比较均有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:试验组结合应用反向法教学能提高护生的学习兴趣,提高分析解决临床问题的能力,增强人际沟通能力及团队精神,增加临床适应性,并且在出科理论、操作、护理病历方面的考核成绩明显提高,大大减少了临床护理缺陷的发生率。
Objective: To investigate the reverse method in PBL nursing teaching effect.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into two groups: 32 cases were teaching in PBL,32 cases were used of reverse method in the found of PBL teaching.Results:There was significant deviation from the investigate questionnaire of students and examine of result ect nine aspects in the test group and control group.Conclusion: The test group can improve the students studing interesting,the ability of analyze clinical question,communication,group spirit,clinical adaptability.The students examination result of theory,procedure,nursing history are obviously improve,the incidence rate of clinical nursing vicious were obviously decreased.
