摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝进行了红外测定,将谱图经过后续的傅里叶自去卷积、二阶导数谱和Gausse曲线拟合相结合的方法处理,对丝织蛋白物酰胺Ⅲ带各二级结构相对百分含量进行了计算.分析了2种丝织物各二级结构的含量,并且发现2种蚕丝的酰胺Ⅲ带各二级结构含量不同.
Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry was used to measure the infrared spectrograms of the market mulberry silk and the tussah silk.In amide Ⅲ,the approaches of Fourier self-deconvolution,second derivative spectra and curve fitting were combined to study the relative contents of secondary structure.The method could be used to detect two kinds of silk fabric content of secondary structure and results showed that each secondary structure content of the two kinds of silk was different in amide Ⅲ.
